Department for technology of nanostructures and devices

Scientific directions

The department performed search and study of new physical phenomena in semiconductor heterostructures and high-temperature superconductors in favor of micro-and optoelectronics. Major destinations include the epitaxy of semiconductor heterostructures based on In, Ga, Al — As, N and HTS YBaCuO; detailed comprehensive study of their properties and fabrication of test structures.
