Research interests
Radiowave propagation, stimulated emission, optical pumping in semiconductors, mercury-cadmium-tellurium heterostructures, radiative interband transitions, emission spectra, multi-frequency lasing, photomagnetic ferromagnets and magnetic semiconductors, superconductivity, nonlinear properties of superconductors.
