• 1985 - 1991 - engineer-radio operator, engineer-metrologist of a factory РИАП;
• 1991 - 1992 - engineer-constructor small business «Филинс»;
• 1992 - 1993 - engineer-constructor 1 K. of the Institute of Applied Physics RAS;
• 1994 - present - leading engineer-constructor of the Department of radio engineering of the Institute for Physics of Microstructures RAS.
